Our washing machine supply line burst and caused water damage. William was the adjuster and our experience was mixed. On one hand, he did arrange for a remediation company quickly and some of the claim was paid without much issue. On the other hand, he left out damage in adjacent rooms that clearly were affected. We had to contest parts of the estimate, which delayed the process. Ultimately the claim was mostly paid after a lot of effort. An average experience overall.
