I'm a public adjuster who worked opposite Arthur on a wind damage claim, and it was extremely frustrating. Arthur was unprepared during inspections and rejected valid damage with flimsy explanations. He would not return my calls when I tried to discuss the claim, and we had to involve his supervisor. His report contained multiple errors and omissions – almost as if he didn't even inspect parts of the property. This adjuster made an already stressful situation even worse for the homeowner and professionals involved.
