Questions

What does the policy review cover?

It reads your policy and explains the parts that matter in a property claim: the coverages and their limits, your deductibles, how a loss is valued (replacement cost or actual cash value), the main exclusions and endorsements, your duties after a loss, and the deadlines and appraisal terms written in the policy.

Is the review legal advice?

No. The review explains what your policy says. It does not interpret the law and it does not decide your claim. Your insurer decides coverage under the policy wording. For legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.

Which documents should I upload?

The full policy is best: the declarations page, the main policy form and every endorsement. Most insurers put these in your online account or app. The declarations page alone gives a partial review, because the exclusions and conditions are in the policy form.

Why do you ask for my phone number?

So we can reach you if the file does not open, if parts of the policy are missing, or if you ask for help with your claim.

Does it cost anything?

No. The review is free.
