I'm a contractor who worked on a hurricane damage repair where David Johnson was the adjuster. He was initially uncooperative — trying to patch a roof that clearly needed replacement. After a lot of pushing, he did authorize more funds, but only enough for half the roof. The process was drawn out and only partially successful. I've seen worse, but I've definitely seen better from other adjusters.
