Stephanie handled our claim when an appliance leak ruined our kitchen floor. The experience was okay. She was relatively prompt in coming out and processed the paperwork in a reasonable time. The estimate was enough to replace the damaged area, though not much more. Communication was average – we got updates, but we had to reach out a couple times. Not a terrible adjuster, but nothing exceptional either.
Our wind damage claim was mishandled by Stephanie Jones from start to finish. She missed obvious roof and fence damage from the storm and offered a payout that was insultingly low. Calls and emails went mostly unanswered. This adjuster made a stressful situation even worse for us.
