Reviews for Jason Rodriguez
3 reviews from homeowners and contractors
As a contractor fixing hail damage, I found Jason Rodriguez relatively manageable. The hail storm had caused significant damage, and while Jason's initial estimate was low, he was willing to discuss and review additional evidence. Eventually, he did supplement the claim to cover most of the roof and siding issues. It wasn't seamless, but compared to many adjusters, Jason was okay to work with in the end.
I'm a public adjuster and I dealt with Jason Rodriguez on a large hail claim – it was not a good experience. Jason's assessment missed a lot of obvious hail damage to the property and he was very slow to respond to communications. We had to go over his head to get a fair evaluation. It was clear that without persistent pressure, the homeowner would have been shortchanged. I was very unimpressed by his handling of a straightforward hail claim.
Jason Rodriguez was the adjuster for our burst pipe claim and it was a nightmare. Our basement was flooded from a frozen pipe, and Jason questioned whether all the damage was related. He took ages to get us an answer and then the payout was nowhere near enough to cover reconstruction. We ended up using savings to finish repairs. This adjuster's lack of urgency and inadequate payment made a bad situation even worse.
