wind Claim

I'm a contractor who repaired storm damage on a home where Jason Allen was the insurance adjuster. Frankly, it was a rough experience. Jason was skeptical of nearly every line in my estimate for the wind damage repairs. It felt like he only approved what the bare minimum was, and even that came after multiple reinspections. His lack of cooperation caused significant delays in finishing the job.

hail Claim

As a public adjuster, I worked with Jason Allen on a hail damage claim. Unlike many adjusters, Jason was somewhat cooperative. He initially missed a few damaged items, but when presented with clear evidence, he did increase the estimate. The claim still didn't cover everything we wanted, but the negotiation was civil. I'd say he was average – not easy, but not the worst either.

water Claim

Jason Allen was the adjuster for our plumbing leak, and we had a very negative experience. He minimized the extent of water damage and mold in our basement. We had to constantly call for updates, and even then the compensation was nowhere near the actual cost to restore our basement. We're extremely unhappy with how our water claim was handled.
