I had THE worst experience with this adjuster. He refused to thoroughly understand my claim’s history fully and he handled the claim with a lack of transparency that was alarming and unethical. David refused to listen to my concerns, refused to answer certain questions, and sneakily rushed the claim to a denial before one of the key people could return from vacation fully. I was extremely disappointed in the handling of this claim and hope that David receives additional training.
